Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for executives
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with onboarding new hires and office supply management
- Support event coordination and meeting preparation

Qualifications
