Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for department staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with office supply management and general facility upkeep.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
