Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into various databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, stamping, and distribution.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for department managers.
- Prepare, organize, and file physical and electronic documents, reports, and presentations.
- Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and respond to emails in a professional, timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management and basic office supply ordering.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus but not required (Entry Level Open).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
