- Schedule appointments and maintain digital calendars for executive team
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and HR documentation
- Compile daily/weekly administrative reports for leadership
- Support office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in data entry or reception roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with 50+ WPM typing speed
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
