Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical client and operational data in CRM and ERP systems
- Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain executive calendars
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, file management, and document archiving
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent administrative workflows
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for sensitive company information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional typing accuracy (95%+) and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in high-volume settings
