Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently input customer and client data into the company database and CRM systems with a focus on zero errors.
- Manage and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, reports, and correspondence with a professional tone.
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for department leadership.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and ordering of necessary office supplies.
- Perform general office maintenance and assist colleagues with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or certification in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
