Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data into company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in data to ensure integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist the office manager with general administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Prepare routine reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in data entry or office administration (1+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
