Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and direct visitors, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and employee information into our digital database and spreadsheets with high attention to detail.
- Administrative Support: Assist the office manager with filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents for meetings.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries from clients and vendors via email and phone, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Report Generation: Compile basic reports from entered data to help management track key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers, including the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 40 words per minute is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
