Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage incoming calls professionally and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with general office duties including scanning, photocopying, and mailing.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and internal memos promptly.
- Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
