Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into various databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal documents and reports.
- Assist with basic office administration, such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory.
- Perform data verification to ensure accuracy and integrity of records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or office administration (1-2 years preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
