Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist with general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Verify and correct any discrepancies found in data entry records.
- Prepare routine reports and summaries for management review.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
- Assist other office staff with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or general office administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (35+ WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
