Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and management systems with high accuracy and speed.
- Review and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure information integrity across all platforms.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient record retrieval.
- Transcribe information from documents, invoices, and forms into digital formats.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to minimize errors and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist the administrative team with general clerical duties and special projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or general office administration (1+ years preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
