Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and account information into our centralized database using MS Excel and specialized software.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist the administrative team with scheduling, email correspondence, and basic office management tasks.
- Generate routine reports and summaries to track key performance indicators.
- Perform data cleansing to ensure high data quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
