Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and company data into digital databases and spreadsheets with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Proofread documents and data entries for errors, typos, and discrepancies before final submission.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist the administrative team with daily correspondence, including email management and phone support.
- Prepare, compile, and sort statistical data for reports and presentations.
- Perform light data cleansing and reorganization tasks as needed to improve data quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fast typing speed with the ability to type at least 45 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
