- Document Management: Scan, digitize, and organize physical files into our digital filing system.
- Reporting: Generate weekly reports on data entry volume and accuracy metrics.
- Inventory Tracking: Assist with maintaining accurate records of office supplies and inventory levels.
- Customer Communication: Provide basic customer service support via phone and email.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative assistance.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Software: Familiarity with Google Workspace or cloud-based management tools.
