Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our CRM and spreadsheets, ensuring high data integrity and confidentiality.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports, correspondence, and memos with a keen eye for detail.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars for department leadership.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform general clerical duties, including mail sorting and basic office upkeep.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or Administrative Assistant in a professional setting.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable and available for a full-time schedule.
