Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into CRM and ERP systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Process high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents
- Manage digital filing systems with consistent naming conventions and version control
- Generate weekly reports using Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications via email and calendar management
- Assist in onboarding new hires with document preparation and system access
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills
- 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with Salesforce or QuickBooks preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
