- Handle data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, maintaining updated records in our CRM and filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace is organized and well-equipped.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
