Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and responding to emails with a professional demeanor.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for management staff.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute internal documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering new materials as required.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
