Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Process incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for the entire department.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite and company CRM tools.
- Assist with office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and expense report processing.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth workflow and project milestones are met.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
