Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, correspondence, and inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite with high attention to detail.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and general office supply organization.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Ability to use office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
