Responsibilities
- General Office Management: Oversee daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Perform accurate data entry tasks and prepare routine reports using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Project Support: Provide general support to various departments, helping to execute projects and special events with precision.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the team has the necessary tools to succeed.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and office systems quickly.
