We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle daily administrative operations efficiently while supporting our key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence professionally.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and perform data entry with high accuracy.
- Handle invoices, expense reports, and maintain office accounting records.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
- Perform light reception duties during shift hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
