Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the management team, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Process incoming mail, emails, and faxes, and distribute them as needed.
- Assist with data entry, record maintenance, and inventory management.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
