Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements for executives.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy data retrieval.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and company records into databases.
- Office Support: Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with general office supplies management.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events and staff meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
