Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming emails, phone calls, and general inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or Receptionist.
