Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for management.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with precision.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation for local travel (if applicable).
