Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, travel arrangements, and office supply management.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
