Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and document formatting using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
