- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for easy access to company records.
- Data Entry: Input and update data into company databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Support: Order and manage office supplies, assist with travel arrangements, and greet visitors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
