Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Assist in procurement processes, including ordering office supplies and processing invoices.
- Act as the point of contact for external vendors and clients, maintaining professional relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
