Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email) with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines and compiling progress reports
- Assist with onboarding new hires and orientation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
