- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating logistics for weekend staff.
- Handle general office management tasks such as mail distribution, supply restocking, and document preparation.
- Create reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and ensure the office environment remains welcoming and tidy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
