Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on 99% accuracy and data integrity.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems for the department.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, during weekend hours.
- Assist with scheduling weekend appointments and maintaining the calendar.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Process invoices and expense reports for the administrative team.
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel (formulas and data management).
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and excellent grammar skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
