Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and update databases.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team.
- Administrative Support: Prepare documents, invoices, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Customer Relations: Assist clients and visitors by answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
