Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and company data into our digital databases and CRM systems.
- Verify and reconcile financial records, invoices, and spreadsheets to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Organize and manage both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate department or team members.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries from raw data as requested by management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating internal meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Business Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
