- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage packages, and perform general data entry tasks to keep our records up to date.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the reception area in pristine condition, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who enters.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing the calendar for department heads, including scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room bookings.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
