- Assist with office inventory management and supply reordering.
- Greet visitors and provide professional front-desk support.
- Update and maintain company databases and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or data entry is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
