Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the weekend calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings efficiently.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely customer service.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Assist in data entry and the maintenance of departmental databases.
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
