Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management to maintain organized records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a consistent basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
