Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing office logistics.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain the office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and common areas are tidy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a weekend or part-time capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
