As a Weekend Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office functions efficiently during off-hours. You will support various departments with critical tasks, ensuring our clients and team members receive top-tier service regardless of the day of the week.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with professionalism and speed.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings and appointments for the executive team.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service support, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoice processing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is tidy and organized.
- Perform general clerical duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
