Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings for executive staff.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Perform data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with office supply inventory and reordering to ensure stock availability.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
