Responsibilities
- Manage office operations during weekend shifts, including phone systems and visitor reception
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence, mail, and electronic communications
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with inventory management and office supply procurement
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation and records maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
