Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory procurement, vendor negotiations, and facility maintenance coordination
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain accurate records with strict compliance protocols
- Onboard new hires and serve as primary point of contact for HR and IT support
- Analyze operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative experience in corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Advanced knowledge of calendar management, travel booking, and expense reporting systems
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
