Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for department leadership.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos and reports.
- Assist with basic inventory management and office supply ordering.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
