- Manage incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence during weekend shifts
- Schedule and coordinate executive appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support event planning and execution for weekend client functions
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
