Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for executive team
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) with strict confidentiality
- Support office operations by ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping using Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines

- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
