Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and digital platforms with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility scheduling
- Prepare and distribute critical documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support department heads with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes for weekend staff and temporary contractors
- Perform data entry and record-keeping with attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in professional office environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
