Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor relations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure data accessibility and security.
- Assist in the execution of special projects, event planning, and team initiatives.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
